Explanation of fields

Reporter – Is not necessarily a person who created or reported a ticket. A Ticket Admin can create tickets with any user as Reporter or modify Reporter on existing tickets. Reporter is a person who is responsible for testing, returning the ticket to a developer if it needs more work, or closing the ticket if testing is successful.

Owner – a person responsible for implementation / development. Usually tickets are assigned to developers, but can be assigned to testers if no development is required.

CC - users that may be interested in receiving emails regarding this ticket updates. For example person who is responsible for documentation. It can also be alternative tester if required. Please, do not add person to CC field if you are not sure. Just leave it blank. We don't want to spam people with emails from Trac.
